Retirement Refund Cause For Concern

The big issue nowadays in Talkdep is the amount of refund that players would get after forced retirement. Although initially pegged at about 80%, the number has dwindled to about 60% and may be primed to go even lower. This has resulting in some concern over players who purchased their players in the secondary market on the assumption that the purchase included the rights to these refunds.
